Urgent Treatment Service for Residents of Birmingham and Solihull.

Badger's Urgent Treatment Service (UTS) is NOT an Emergency service.

If you have a life-threatening emergency please dial 999.

Please phone NHS111 if you are unsure what service you require, or for dental problems.

There is a UTC at 1 Bourne Road, Aston, Birmingham. B6 7RD.

There is a UTC at 192 Reservoir Road, Erdington, Birmingham. B23 6DJ.

There is a UTC at Solihull Hospital, Lode Lane, Solihull, Birmingham. B91 2JL.

NOTICE
From 4th June 2025, an Access Code will be required to book an appointment at a Badger Urgent Treatment Centre.

If your Badger clinician has advised you, during your telephone conversation, to book an appointment on this website, they will provide you with an Access Code.

If you have spoken to a Badger clinician and you are having difficulty with your Access Code, please call the Badger contact centre on 0121 766 2111.

Patients who do not have an Access Code will need to telephone NHS111 or go to 111.nhs.uk for assessment and advice.

To attend a UTC you need to Register, Login and Book.

How to Register

1. Indicate if you are registering for yourself or someone else.

2. Enter all required information.

3. Enter your mobile phone number
e.g. 0701 234 5678.

4. Click [Confirm].

5. Check your mobile for a six-digit Verification Code.

6. Click on Step 2: Verify Identity.

How to Verify your Mobile and Set your Password

1. Check your mobile for SMS with a six-digit code.

2. Enter your mobile number and six-digit Verification Code.

3. Click [Confirm].

4. If successful you can set your password.

To get a your Verification Code

1. Enter just your registered mobile number.

2. Click [Confirm].

3. Check your mobile for SMS with a six-digit code.

4. Click on Step 2: Verify Identity.

How to set your Password

1. Enter a password that is 6 to 16 letters and numbers.

2. Enter the same password again as a check.

3. Click [Confirm].

How to Log In

1. Select the location that you would like to be seen.

2. Enter the mobile number that you used to Register.

3. Enter the password that you set at the Set Password step.

4. Click [Confirm].

5. If you do not know your password go to Step 2: Verify Identity.

How to Book

1. Review the safety check list and confirm.

2. Enter any other required information.

3. Describe your symptoms.

4. Select an available slot
(N/A = Not Available).

5. Click [Book].

6. Check your mobile for the confirmation SMS.

How to Cancel

1. Log in.

2. Accept the offer to cancel.

How to De-Register

1. Log in.

2. Click [De-Register].
